Much like a mid-season coaching change in football, Tom Halverson was given the stopwatches and clip board for Yamaha Factory rider Ben Bostrom partway through the 2009 AMA Pro American Superbike season. Halverson relished the opportunity to take his squad into battle and steer the good ship Yamaha onto the podium.
