Promising Qatari rider for Pedercini in World SBK

Team Pedercini Racing has signed the Qatari Rider Saeed Al Sulaiti for the 2016 World SBK season, who will join up with two-time Superstock champion Sylvain Barrier to complete the line-up for the Italian team.

The Qatari rider, supported by QMMF (Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation), will make his debut in the World Superbike Championship riding a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R.

His career, starting with the World Endurance Championship in 2010 and leading to his participation in the entire CEV SBK 2016 championship riding a KAWASAKI, has made the thirty year old rider a veteran of the category, ready to fight in the most challenging series:

“I am very excited about this new adventure – commented Saeed Al Sulaiti – I’m thankful to Team Pedercini Racing and QMMF who are providing a unique opportunity to race with the top riders and to get to learn a professional working method in a highly cohesive team.

My goal is to take this opportunity to boost my sporting ambitions and achieve better and better results throughout the season. I will certainly do my best to make 2016 an unforgettable year, the first of many more to follow!”.

Meanwhile, for Team Pedercini Racing, the World SBK 2016 season will start as a highly competitive challenge, as Lucio Pedercini says:

“Al Sulaiti comes from a country that has shown great interest in our sport: placing our trust in him we want to open the doors and to promote the popularity of motorsport in a region with high potential, but still few talented riders.

Together with Saeed, we will show that our cultures have in common the same commitment to achieve important results, we will improve together and Saeed will be able to show his best. His bike is ready, and I can’t wait to see him in action”.

Saeed Al Sulaiti will make his debut with riding the number 11 Ninja ZX-10R machine on 26 January in Jerez de La Frontera (Spain) at a pre-season test organised by Kawasaki.
