American Suzuki to Showcase 2019 Model Lineup in Las Vegas at AIMExpo Presented by Nationwide

Founding OEM Exhibitor Returns for Sixth Year

IRVINE, Calif. – The American International Motorcycle Expo presented by Nationwide (AIMExpo) has announced that Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. (Suzuki) will return for its sixth year as an OEM exhibitor. The Japanese manufacturer was a founding OEM participant at the inaugural AIMExpo presented by Nationwide in 2013, and will showcase its new model lineup at the show’s debut from Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Convention Center on October 11-14.

“We have been committed to AIMExpo since its inception and remain invested in the important role the show plays within the industry,” said Kerry Graeber, Vice President MC/ATV Sales and Marketing, Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. “With its access to dealers, media, and consumers AIMExpo is an ideal way for Suzuki to reach a large and captivated audience in one place and at one time. Plus, with the addition of Powersports Industry Week, we look to see an even broader cross section of enthusiasts and we’re eager to showcase our newest models to them in Las Vegas.”

The 2019 model lineup for Suzuki features a diverse collection of the newest two- and four-wheeled vehicles for motocross, off-road, dual-sport, and youth segments of the marketplace. AIMExpo presented by Nationwide will showcase these models, which includes the all-new RM-Z250 motocross bike, the all-new DR-Z50 mini bike, and a pair of new youth ATVs with the Quadsport Z90 and Quadsport Z50. Additionally, Suzuki’s popular lineup of street models, including the championship-winning GSX-R line, will also be on display on the show floor along with Suzuki’s redesigned KingQuad 500 and KingQuad 750 ATVs released earlier this year.

Attendees will also have the chance to engage with Suzuki racers and celebrities with scheduled meet-and-greets spanning both the trade-only first two days, and the weekend days where the show also opens to the public. Notably, 2017 MotoAmerica Superbike Champion Toni Elias and his veteran teammate Roger Hayden will be in attendance, along with their Yoshimura Suzuki race bikes. Suzuki motocross riders Justin Hill and Weston Peick are also scheduled to attend to interact with fans.

“Suzuki’s support of AIMExpo presented by Nationwide since its first year in 2013 is a testament to the platform the show provides, and Suzuki’s ability to successfully leverage those assets to their benefit,” said Cinnamon Kernes, AIMExpo Show Director. “Their continued investment in showcasing the newest models to dealers, media, and consumers has contributed greatly to their annual successes, and we look forward to welcoming them to Las Vegas and Powersports Industry Week.”
