Tickets for World Ducati Week 2018 now available
Borgo Panigale, Bologna, 28 March 2018 – The countdown to the tenth edition of World Ducati Week has begun: from 20 to 22 July, thousands of Ducatisti and motorcycle enthusiasts from all over the world will converge on the “Marco Simoncelli Misano World Circuit” to enjoy Ducati’s unique gathering.
With a packed events programme and a host of attractions, this edition promises pure fun and passion. For example, this year will see us celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Monster with a swath of activities focusing on the Bologna-built naked, such as a special area set aside for customizers of this iconic bike. In fact, this year’s Ducati Garage Contest – the traditional competition to find the most eye-catching Ducati specials built by non-professionals – will be an exclusively all-Monster affair.
Plenty more is in the events pipeline, and appearances by Ducati riders currently engaged in the MotoGP and Superbike world championships have already been confirmed.
World Ducati Week 2018 tickets can be purchased from 27 March onwards. Available in the form of a Biker Pass (participant with bike) or Visitor Pass (passenger or pedestrian participant), they can be bought for just one or all three days of the event.
ln addition to on-line purchases from the official Ducati website , tickets can be bought at a special price via the Ducati dealership network or by contacting one of the 265 Desmo Owners Clubs all over the world. The purchase of a 3-Day Pass, the online cost of which is €95 for bikers and €65 for visitors/passengers, includes the opportunity to take part in exclusive, unique experiences such as Ducati range test rides, a track session on your own bike and DRE courses with the Ducati Riding Academy.
The 2018 edition also sees the introduction of some new features such as the Rookie tariff: aimed at the 18 – 25 age bracket, this allows the 1-Day Pass to be purchased at a special price of €30 with bike and €25 without. Moreover, to make it easier for families to attend, entry is free of charge to all accompanied under-18s (up to four minors per family). As in previous editions, participants from non-EU countries can attend the rally free of charge.
