CVMA Cancels April 18-19 Event, But It May Be Rescheduled

CHUCKWALLA VALLEY MOTORCYCLE ASSOCIATION

Desert Center, Riverside County, California

Chuckwalla Valley Motorcycle Association (CVMA) Round 7, scheduled to be held on April 18-19, 2020, is canceled in accordance with the provisions of Amended Order Of The Health Officer For The County Of Riverside And Of The County Executive Officer As Director Of Emergency Services, Dated April 6, 2020. This Order prohibits all public and private gatherings regardless of venue or size within the County of Riverside.  The Order is in effect until April 30, 2020.

The management at CVMA is continuing to closely follow the steady stream of updates on novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the impact this pandemic is having on the United States, the State of California and the County of Riverside. If it is at all feasible and not in violation of any National, State or County Order, CVMA intends to hold a final “double points” round for the 2019-20 Season in May 2020.  CVMA continues to encourage all racers to adhere to the provisions of any Order their respective governing authority may enact, to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.  Please direct any questions you may have to [email protected].
