With a new year upon us, Colin Edwards’ Texas Tornado Boot Camp is gearing up for its seventh season of premier motorcycle training. The Yamaha Motor USA and Yamalube USA backed facility is pleased to announce its upcoming 2017 schedule.

Kicking off the season for Colin Edwards is the extremely popular week-long Racer Camp happening February 13th – 19th. Whether you’re a road racer, motocrosser, off-road rider or flat-tracker, this camp features special drills and curriculum with the racer in mind. Racer camp features a four race points paying series throughout the week. It is the perfect way to prepare for the upcoming racing season. Special guests include British Superbike Championship racers such as James Ellison, Peter Hickman, Leon Haslam and James Rispoli. TTBC asks that those who sign up have previous racing experience.

“Colin’s Racer Camp is a compulsory start of the year for me,” says Peter Hickman. “Getting out on a bike early in the year and getting a throttle in my hand is invaluable. Even though I race on asphalt and have no previous dirt riding experience, the skills I’ve learned have had a definite positive impact on my racing. I highly recommend this camp for any rider of any ability.”

Also included into the 2017 line-up is the Pre and Post Austin Grand Prix Boot Camps. These dates are slotted for April 14th – 18th and April 25th the 28th. For customers, the April camps are always a popular choice and sell-out fast. These two camp dates surround the Circuit of the Americas GP event. You just never know who will show up. In years past, campers have been able to ride alongside the likes of Valentino Rossi, Aleix Espargaro, Bradley Smith, Randy Krummenacher to name a few. These camps are open to all skill levels; novice, intermediate and expert level instruction is available. Riders are split into groups according to skill level.

It doesn’t stop there however; Texas Tornado Boot Camp also offers a full schedule which includes a summer camp as well as September and October dates for registration.

“I’m really looking forward to an awesome 2017 season at TTBC,” says Colin Edwards. “Racer Camp is starting off our year in February and the COTA camps in April are gonna be a blast as usual. They’re filling up fast! If you’re looking to improve your two wheel skill set, have fun doing it and hear a bunch of B.S. stories around the campfire, then we’ll see yah when you get here!”

7-Day Racer Camp 02/13/2017 – 02/19/2017

Pre-Austin GP – 4 Day Camp 04/15/2017 – 04/18/2017

Post-Austin GP – 4 Day Camp 04/25/2017 – 04/28/2017

June – 4 Day Camp 06/15/2017 – 06/18/2017

September – 4 Day Camp 09/21/2017 – 09/24/2017

Halloween – 4 Day Camp 10/26/2017 – 10/29/2017
