ASRA Team Challenge at NJMP Thunderbolt Goes To LB Sports

Millville NJ –The AMA Sanctioned ASRA Team Challenge by Michelin Tire featured an unusual mix for the Overall win as LB Sports (Lloyd Bayley) won his second event of the season which was no surprise since “The Ironman” is always a contender for the win. The surprise came with the top two GTU teams finished second and third overall while battling for the class win, relegating multi-time ASRA National Champion Grease Monkey Racing (Stephen Hoffman, Eric Helmbach) to fourth place overall and second in GTO. The GTU winner, Fast Lane Racing (Rick Beggs, Jason Gibbens, Bradley Moser) finished second overall and Birch Racing/B&D House (Dorsey DJ Birch, Chris Rodriguez, Arthur Aznavuryan, James Barry) finished third overall and second in GTU.
