In anticipation of a strong field of competitors for the 2016 RBoM Lightweight Superbike Showdown coming up at VIR on September 17th, RBoM Racing and CCS have put together a big prize for the top 20 competitors.

Payouts will happen at the awards ceremony shortly after the race is completed on Saturday, with the 2016 Champion taking home a cool $1500.

A full rundown of the top 20 payout will be as follows:

1st place = $1500

2nd place = $1000

3rd place = $500

4th place = $400

5th thru 10th = $300

11th thru 15th = $200

16th thru 20th = $100

As a bonus, A&M Motorsports has offered up $50 to each of the top 5 RBoM finishers who purchase a minimum of 5 gallons of VP Racing fuel from A&M Motorsports for this event, so get your fuel order in now!!!

Once again, any currently licensed expert-level competitor from any recognized racing organization is eligible to compete in this event.

The bike rules are pretty simple too. Eligible racebikes must be liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, 2-cylinder machines with a displacement no larger than 700cc and must meet CCS tech requirements.

Entry fee will be $200, grids will be set by a special timed qualifying format, and online registration is now available on the CCS Racing website at ccsracing.us.
