Editorial Notes:
Dunlop, the official control tire supplier of the MotoAmerica AMA/FIM North American Road Racing Series, has brought new tires for the KTM RC390 Cup class to use at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. In addition to the Alpha 13 tires they have been using since the class was introduced in 2015, KTM RC390 Cup competitors also have access to new Alpha 13 SP tires, which feature new compounds, new constructions and a new profile for the rear tire.
Jackson Blackmon is not riding at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca due to a broken arm he suffered in a crash while training on his mountain bike last week.
