Leading Suspension Company Returns For The 2021 Championship Season

IRVINE, CA (February 2021) – Öhlins, the world’s leading motorcycle and automotive suspension brand, will return as an official partner of MotoAmerica, North America’s premier motorcycle road racing series. The 2021 MotoAmerica season begins at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, April 30-May 1, and concludes at Barber Motorsports Park, September 17-19.

“We are committed to MotoAmerica and our support vehicle and technical staff will again be a fixture in the MotoAmerica paddock,” said Mike Himmelsbach, Öhlins Motorsport Race Manager. “We’ve been impressed with the work MotoAmerica has done in elevating its series to one of the best in the world. We’re happy to be a part of it.”

With more than 40 years of experience in the motorcycle and automotive industry, Öhlins is a leader in high-quality suspension products, service and race support – from MotoAmerica to MotoGP and every series in between around the world.

“We are really happy to have Öhlins back as a series sponsor and technical partner for the 2021 season,” said MotoAmerica President Wayne Rainey. “They have been a longtime fixture in our paddock and always take great care of the riders with their suspension products and on-site race support. I’ve had a great relationship with Öhlins over the years, and I’m excited to be building one with MotoAmerica.”

Öhlins USA’s highly skilled team of technicians will work from a fully functional mobile race shop at every MotoAmerica round.
