A judge in Utah has vacated Tooele County’s sale of Miller Motorsports Park to Mitime Investment Group, according to a report appearing on the website of Salt Lake City’s FOX13 TV News.

The judgement came in response to a lawsuit filed by Andrew Cartwright of Center Point Management LLC, one of the losing bidders in Tooele County’s auction of the 511-acre property and motor racing facility.
