DYNAVOLT TO CONTINUE AS TITLE PARTNER FOR 2022 WORLD SUPERSPORT
Motorcycle battery manufacturer Dynavolt will continue to support the official factory backed Triumph supersport team as they make their return to the world stage in 2022.
Dynavolt first joined forces with the PTR run outfit for 2020 and went on to partner the team as they undertook the redefinition of the supersport racing category with a successful pilot season for Triumph in the British Supersport Championship in 2021.
With the rules now adopted at international level, the high-tech, ethical energy company are to remain on-board for a third consecutive year as title partner of Dynavolt Triumph in the World Supersport Championship.
Dynavolt Tech Branding Director Nitipat Panichsakul: “On behalf of Dynavolt Tech I am delighted to continue supporting the Triumph team this year in the World Championship. The batteries used in the competition will be Nanogel technology which is a patented battery of Dynavolt. Not to mention its weight, it has the same capacity as a lithium battery. Of course, lithium is the lightest type of battery and Dynavolt lithium are the only ones in the world to use cylindrical cell. I would like to ask Triumph motorcycle fans around the world to support the Dynavolt Triumph team in 2022.”
Dynavolt Triumph Team Manager Simon Buckmaster: “It’s fantastic to be able to announce that Dynavolt will continue as title sponsor of our Triumph World Supersport team. The plan was always to do British Supersport last year to develop the bike and turn it into a winner, which we achieved, and it’s great to be stepping back to the World Supersport Championship with our partner Dynavolt as we now look to challenge at the highest level in supersport for race wins, for the podium and the World Championship. I’m very grateful to the President of Dynavolt, Leonard Chen and the Brand Director, Nitipat Panichsakul for their continued support and we will aim to deliver the results that our partnership deserves in the World Supersport Championship in 2022 and beyond.”
