Burns To Race For Gearlink Kawasaki In British Superbike Championship

JOE BURNS SIGNS FOR THE GEARLINK KAWASAKI ZX-10R SUPERBIKE RIDE

Gearlink Kawasaki is delighted to announce that 22-year-old Joe Burns will race in the MCE British Superbike Championship on board the Gearlink Kawasaki ZX-10R. He will join Ben Wilson and Glenn Irwin who will be riding the Kawasaki ZX-6R in the Motorpoint British Supersport Championship.

Joe is very familiar with the ZX10R having competed on one in the National Superstock 1000 series for the past 4 years; Joe finished joint 7th in 2014.

Michael de Bidaph – Team Principal – “Having been in talks with various riders over the past couple of months, with no advancement, I approached Joe earlier this week and after a meeting I am delighted to have signed Joe to ride the Gearlink Kawasaki ZX-10R Superbike for the BSB 2015 season. I feel that Joe’s approach and commitment to his racing will fit in with the Gearlink Kawasaki team’s ethos.”
