WERA Sportsman Series Racing At Summit Point Raceway This Coming Weekend

PIRELLI/WERA NORTHEAST/MID ATLANTIC REGION OPENS

This weekend, May 10-11, the Pirelli/WERA Northeast/Mid Atlantic Sportsman Series kicks off at Summit Point Raceway in West Virginia. Summit Point Raceway has been a part of WERA Motorcycle Roadracing’s history since the beginning. The venue has a great main roadcourse which offers riders a challenge and has technicalities to make the competition exciting for all and offers spectators some great viewing areas. Come out to Summit Point Raceway this weekend and watch the riders of WERA Motorcycle Roadracing challenge the track and themselves. Tickets will be available at the gate and camping is available at this facility.

WERA Motorcycle Roadracing was founded in 1973 and remains the foremost place to develop talent in the sport of motorcycle Roadracing. The legacy of Pro riders on a National and World level is legendary. All events are run by WERA Motorcycle Roadracing and they go coast to coast offering entry level racing with the WERA Sportsman Series as well as a Pro-Am Series with the WERA National Challenge Series, WERA Motorcycle Roadracing also offer Vintage Racing and includes the only traveling Endurance Series in the US using the World Endurance platform for most of the rules.
