AFM Formula Pacific #5 and 2013 Open Twins Champion Steve Metz will do double-duty during the May 3rd and 4th Arai Pacific Nationals at Sonoma Raceway. Riding a Boulder Motor Sports-prepared Team Tigerbike Ducati Panigale, Steve will race in both the AFM club races and round 2 of the GEICO Motorcycle Superbike Shootout Presented by Yamaha.

“My goal for Sonoma is to showcase the potential of the Panigale in a high-caliber Pro Superbike race,” Steve said. “These bikes are great to ride and I’m really impressed with the direction Ducati is headed. The bike deserves more attention, and I’m aiming to provide additional visibility for the Boulder Motor Sports Panigale at the GEICO Motorcycle Superbike Shootout in Sonoma. I love my home track, and I am really looking forward to getting out at racing a great event with the most talented riders and top-notch teams in the country.”
