QJ Motor is expanding its factory World Supersport efforts for 2025, signing Niki Tuuli to ride alongside 2024 factory rider Raffaele De Rosa.

Both will be riding the QJ Motor SRK 800 RR, although media reports from Italy suggest that the pair will be on 2024-spec machinery for the first part of the season. Those reports also state that the pair will miss the season-opening round in Australia.

Tuuli raced a Ducati Panigale V2 in WorldSSP in 2024, taking a wet race win in France.

“I’m happy to tell you that I will join QJ Motor Factory Racing Team for 2025 season,” Tuuli wrote on his Instagram page. “This project started last season and it’s still new. They made big steps during last season and showed that there is big potential to grow and be more competitive. I’m super happy to have this possibility to be part of this kind of project. I will give all to push this project forward.”
