The customer does not have to worry about extra costs, or even shipping. We pay for shipping to and from us on all orders over $500. You can even click on the ‘I need a shipping box’ option and we will send out a box for your forks, with a return shipping label. “We also took a different approach to selecting a spring rate. Rather than using a cumbersome spring rate generator, we set up the store to select the default spring rate for a 170-200 lb rider. Customers can select optional spring rates based on their weight by clicking on the next firmer or softer rates. “We worked very hard at taking the guess work out of buying suspension.
