Rising motorcycle road racing talent Chase Black is set to take on this year’s inaugural MotoAmerica Talent Cup Championship, aiming for the top step of the podium in one of the most competitive feeder series in American road racing.

Black is no stranger to MotoAmerica competition. A seasoned rider with a strong track record in three MotoAmerica race classes—Junior Cup, Twins Cup, and Supersport—the 18-year-old Texan’s experience and relentless drive have cemented his place as one of the sport’s best and brightest young talents.

Backed by premier sponsor International Power Services, Black will pilot the Krämer APX-350 MA in the highly anticipated Talent Cup Championship season opener at Circuit of The Americas (COTA) in Austin, Texas, during the MotoGP weekend on March 28 through 30, as he competes against the best up-and-coming racers in the country.

“I’m beyond excited to take on the MotoAmerica Talent Cup Championship this season, and I’m really looking forward to getting a start on prototype machinery,” Black said. “Racing during the MotoGP weekend at COTA is an incredible opportunity to showcase my skills on one of the biggest stages in the world. The Talent Cup Championship and Road to MotoGP™ perfectly align with my goals to race internationally on prototype bikes in the near future. With the support of International Power Services, I’m fully focused on making an impact right from the start this season and beyond.”

Adding to the excitement, Black will once again be taking on select races in the highly competitive MotoAmerica Motovation Supersport Championship, as well. Competing in just three Supersport races last season, Black was able to race within the top 10 on his Ducati Panigale V2 Supersport Next Generation machine.

“Continuing to compete in professional road racing is a dream, and I couldn’t do it without the support of my team, sponsors, family, and everyone who believes in me,” Black added. “I’m looking forward to racing both classes in MotoAmerica this season and continuing to push myself at every level.”

Eyes On The Championship

As the season progresses, Chase and the Chase Black Racing team are focused on wins throughout the season and competing for a MotoAmerica title. With a strong off-season training program and a dialed-in Krämer APX-350 MA, the goal is clear: to challenge for race wins and establish a presence in the MotoAmerica Talent Cup Championship.

The partnership with International Power Services marks a significant step forward in Chase Black’s career. Their support is a testament to the growing interest in young American talent in professional road racing. “Having International Power Services behind me is a huge boost,” Black continued. “Their commitment to innovation and performance aligns perfectly with what I strive for on the track. Together, we’re ready to fight for wins and represent our supporters at the highest level.”

Black extends his heartfelt thanks to his personal sponsors, including International Power Services, Motovation USA, Ducati Austin, TJ’s Cycle, Bison, Arai, Drippin’ Wet, and OGIO, as well as his mechanic Jordan Rhodes with Eleven Motorsports and his family and friends for their continued support in 2025.
