Inside the museum, that has a beautiful collection of two and four wheels machines and various attractions, a selection of WSBK riders took part in the challenging “Motor Mania” game, an interactive ride in which the participants have to sit in a funny pod and shoot targets with a petrol nozzle, while being taken around in a path a series of dark themed rooms. Sylvain Guintoli (Aprilia Racing Team), Marco Melandri (BMW Motorrad GoldBet), Loris Baz (Kawasaki Racing Team), Jonathan Rea (Pata Honda World Superbike), Jules Cluzel (FIXI Crescent Suzuki), Max Neukirchner (MR-Racing Ducati) and WSS Championship leader Sam Lowes (Yakhnich Motorsport Yamaha) were joined by wildcards Matej Smrz (Yamaha Motor Germany) and Markus Reiterberger (VanZon – Remeha – BMW). They were split into three teams and let lose into the maze of lights and lasers to hit as many targets as possible. The team of Neukirchner, Baz and Lowes managed to score as many points as the other two combined (315,500) and were clearly the big time winners. As a prize for winning, the riders were presented with a bottle of Prosecco DOC each, along with a Nurburgring circuit gift bag.
