MOTOVID.COM ANNOUNCES NEW RIDER CLINIC SUMMER DATE OFFERING SPORT RIDING 101 & PERFORMANCE RIDING 201 COURSES JULY 27-28 After a sellout inaugural event in May, the widely successful Motovid.com Rider Clinic Sport Riding 101 returns to Blackhawk Farms Raceway with a new summertime date Saturday July 27 adding a new Performance Riding 201 clinic on Sunday July 28. Each course is taught by lead instructor Harry Wirth providing a focused curriculum, dynamic structure including on-track exercises with an incredible team of assigned instructors. Designed with the rider’s experience level and desired goals in mind, the Motovid.com Rider Clinic program dynamically focuses the program even further to increase the opportunity for individual gains. Class size is further limited to maintain 3:1 student-to-instructor ratio for a highly personalized coaching experience. Each class provides dedicated classroom lessons with 15 min. on track sessions for drills and exercises. Students receive 5 lessons with dedicated classroom time and 5 on track sessions for course exercises. SPORT RIDING 101 — “Introduction to Track day riding” The Motovid.com Sport Riding 101 class is designed for the novice or intermediate rider interested in track days, understanding the dynamics of track riding and improving their street / sport riding skills. Students learn basic body position, vision & throttle control techniques. Topics include; Understanding the feedback loop, dealing with lean angles at speed, corner entry, braking/shifting techniques and track riding safety. PERFORMANCE RIDING 201 – “Advanced skills for the track” The Motovid.com Performance Riding 201 class is designed for Sport Riding 101 graduates or the experienced track day enthusiast who rides intermediate and advance group / club road racer working to improve their fundamental performance riding skills. Riders interested in getting “bumped” within their track day organization’s riding group or club racers looking to take their riding to the next level should consider Performance Riding 201. With the Motovid.com Rider Clinic program, riders of all levels can improve their skills, learn safe riding techniques, develop fundamentals to progressively gain confidence and speed on track alongside proven instructors.
