Report: The Future Of MotoGP At Indianapolis Motor Speedway In Question

Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) has a contract to host the MotoGP World Championship through the 2014 season, but new leadership at IMS is planning to take a hard look at continuing the Red Bull Indianapolis Grand Prix in 2014 or utilizing an opt-out clause in its contract with Dorna. That’s what Mark Miles, the new CEO of Hulman & Co., the parent company of IMS, told a reporter in a June 10 article appearing at www.indystar.com, the online presence of the Indianapolis Star daily newspaper.
