Fans interested in attending the MotoGP race on Sunday, April 19, may purchase general admission tickets for the price of $59 per person. The Circuit will treat fans attending the World Championship motorcycle racing event, featuring the world’s most accomplished riders, including current U.S. competitors Colin Edwards, Ben Spies and 2006 MotoGP World Champion Nicky Hayden, to live musical performances Saturday, April 20, and Sunday, April 21, in the new Austin360 Amphitheater located in the venue’s Grand Plaza and at a second stage located on the east side of the Main Grandstand (“Trackside East Stage”). Melding southern rock, hard dance, psychedelic blues, and deep soul, their debut full-length album led to heightening critical acclaim, national touring, and a rare sweep of six awards at the SXSW 2011 Austin Music Awards, including “Band of the Year,” “Album of the Year,” and “Song of the Year.” Recorded in five studios around Austin during summer 2010, The Bright Light Social Hour’s self-titled debut is founded on sun-drenched optimism, raucous youth, and an innovative brew of American music.
