T&J Racing, a Bellingham, Washington-based road racing team, is proud to announce our 2013 sponsors, including some new additions to the team. After a dominant year in the Washington Motorcycle Road Racing Association’s GP classes that saw rider John Gessner, age 14, win 3 class championships and eventually take home a #2 overall plate for 2012, the team plans to race selected events on the US West Coast, mostly focusing on training and coaching to make the transition from 125GP to 600cc machinery. After a long off season of training and preparation, Gessner’s first ride on a 600 will be at WMRRA’s Round 1 at The Ridge Motorsports Park in Shelton, Washington on April 27-28.

Speeddealer Motors: Dave Lanigan at Speeddealer has been involved in motorcycle roadracing since 1987, and has owned Speeddealer Motors since 2004. He specializes in roadrace motor builds and has joined the team as a sponsor for 2013. “I’ve seen John race for a few years now” said Lanigan, “I’d like to see how he does with the new bike, and new competition this year.”

Flexi-Glass: Trev Beckman at Flexi-Glass is also on board as the team’s 2013 bodywork sponsor. Trev is a former racer himself, and fabricates top-notch race bodywork for the club racer, with strong contingency programs for Pacific Northwest racers.

California Superbike School: As the founder of the world’s foremost roadracing school, Keith Code needs no introduction to roadracing fans worldwide, and T&J Racing is proud to welcome the school as a 2013 sponsor. John will also be working closely with CSS coach Misti Hurst for 2013 as he learns new skills.

KFG Racing/GP Suspension: Barry & April Wressell have helped and supported John and the team for years, and will be T&J Racing’s official suspension sponsor for 2013.
