LeoVince USA Returns as Sponsor of DMS Racing in AMA Pro Racing Richmond, Calif. – March 1, 2013 – When the AMA Pro Road Racing season begins at Daytona, DMS Racing’s entries will once again be equipped with LeoVince exhausts, LeoVince Carbon Fiber engine guards and Dion Device brake lever guards. LeoVince USA has renewed its sponsorship of DMS Racing as the team competes for the SuperBike and SuperSport championships this season. DMS Racing’s rider line-up includes Nico Ferreira, who will ride a Kawasaki ZX-10 in SuperBike. Ronny Frias will be making his AMA Pro Road Racing debut on board a SuperSport Yamaha YZF-R6, as will team newcomer Stephan Bodedi. All three riders hail from South America. DMS Racing is based in Miami, Florida, but strives to promote South American and European talent. “We’re excited about working with DMS Racing again, especially since, like LeoVince, they bring an international aspect to the series,” says LeoVince USA’s north American race manager David Christensen. “DMS Racing is a top-tier team with great riding talent and an exceptional management team. We know they will once again provide great brand presence along with great results for LeoVince USA this season.” Ferreira has been racing professionally for seven years, primarily competing in SuperSport and Moto2 in Spain. The native of Cascavel, Brazil, also won the 2012 Supersport 500 Milhas Brazil. Most recently, Ferreira competed in Daytona SportBike, riding a limited 2012 season on his DMS Racing R6. The 18-year-old Frias is making his debut in the series, but the rider from Maracay, Venezuela, competed for the team in CCS last year. His background includes success in Venezuela’s South American Championship as well as competition in Columbia. Stephan Bodedi will make both his DMS Racing and AMA Pro Road Racing debut at Daytona, riding an R6 in Supersport. Bodedi, from Sao Paulo, Brazil, has a background in CCS competition. LeoVince USA will be well-represented by DMS Racing when the 2013 AMA Pro Road Racing season begins at Daytona International Speedway, March 14-16.
