Charlevoix, MI, August 30, 2012– OnTheThrottle.TV is pleased to announce the availability of its archived video footage to riders, teams, sponsors, OEMs, and aftermarket manufacturers. This expansive library of archived footage is available for personal, promotional and commercial use. In an effort to help teams and riders market themselves to potential sponsors and to supply riders with clips for use on social media networks, OnTheThrottle.TV is making available its collection of raw video footage from the 2011 and 2012 seasons to anyone who might be represented in the paddock. Chris Matye, owner and creative director, explains, “I’ve had the pleasure of working with dozens of teams, riders and manufacturers telling stories from an insider’s perspective. While not everyone has had the resources to secure their own media production services, I think it’s important to make available the clips in my library for riders as keepsakes or material that they can use to go get more funding.” Matye continues, “I’ve also worked with many product manufacturers in the industry creating reels highlighting their products in use at the highest level of racing in the U.S. It would be a pleasure to put my library in the hands of the people in the paddock, so that they can get as much from their involvement in the series as possible.” Over the last six years, OnTheThrottle.TV has attended nearly every round of the AMA Pro Superbike Series””capturing teams in the paddock, on the hot pit, and on the track. “I have captured so many great moments. More than I can put to use through my own channels at OnTheThrottle.TV. I think there are many racers who would like to own their footage and I’ve decided to make that a possibility,” says Matye. The rough-cut files will be delivered on a disc in a .MOV format, which can then be edited further as desired. Interested parties should act fast so that special consideration can be made for those parties in the last three rounds of the 2012 season. Those who express interest before the Miami round will also receive an on-camera interview with their footage to be used as they see fit.
