The Jon Block Group is proud to announce an exceptionally successful weekend of racing and product testing with Wyatt Farris. Wyatt outperformed the entire AFM 600 Superbike field at Thunderhill Raceway on August 5th, 2012 to claim his first win at this challenging track. He then followed up with another podium finishing 2nd in 600 Production. Farris is making remarkable progress this year taking home multiple wins in a variety of series. Wyatt was also consulted by his sponsor, The Jon Block Group to conduct on-track testing for a new sports performance device developed by Daniale, LLC. Daniale, based in Miami, Florida, selected Wyatt to provide an un-biased report on their ICECYCLE® device. The ICECYCLE® device is designed to give athletes a natural competitive edge by providing a lightweight and effective thermo-regulation tool to help maintain a lower body temperature during competition and training. Many top-level motorcycle road racers use cycling to train for its mutual benefits to their sport; Wyatt being one of them. Farris wore the device during his AFM race weekend to test the product’s viability for use with motorcycle racing and other motorsports with great success. He reported feeling considerably cooler throughout practice and the races while wearing the device versus non-use. Lowering his body temperature allowed Wyatt to feel more comfortable especially after completing the entire race distance. Wyatt commented, “I feel that it helped keep my core temperature down, which helped me deal with the heat. In fact, after a 40-minute practice session in 103 degrees temperature, my back was actually cold.
