BAZZAZ Announces Release of Principia Line of Dynamometers Chino Hills, CA – To compliment its line of engine management systems, Bazzaz announces a full line of premium-quality motorcycle, kart, and ATV dynamometers. The Bazzaz Principia dynamometer is created to unlock a new level of performance tuning with smarter electronics and a premium construction. Data logging and processing is unlike anything in the U.S. market with an intelligent ignition pick-up, a chrome-on-glass encoder, and dynamic load control with self tuning of control loop. Principia’s connection is fiber optic for high EMI immunity and 10 times more bandwidth than typical serial. All data is true data, physically measured rather than interpolated. The software offers intuitive, user-friendly commands that reduce training and operating time with linear, step, and new testing methods such as Speed Squared for wind-drag simulation. The physical presence is commanding; flat-black diamond plate atop a deep, glossy-blue body with white accents. These low-maintenance machines are built to last with a superior quality build that includes physically-calibrated drivetrain components and over-speced SFK bearings. Bazzaz Principia dynamometers are available in a range of models with single or dual rollers to accomodate motorcycles, karts, and ATVs. Models are available as Load Control versions with an eddy-brake or Inertia-Only versions. Numerous upgrades are available including gas loading ramps and a complete 160mph ram-air simulation kit. The name Principia is Latin for ‘Principles’, derived from Newton’s revolutionary work on classical mechanics. The undertaking has its own set of defining principles: (1) reliability, (2) quality, (3) consistency, (4) efficiency and (5) freedom. See principia.bazzaz.net for details and ordering information. Orders will be taken starting August 2nd.
