Meet Nicky Hayden at the D-Store San Francisco The D-Store San Francisco is excited to host an afternoon with Ducati MotoGP race pilot Nicky Haydenjust before Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca MotoGP. Known as The Kentucky Kid, Hayden won the 2002 AMA Superbike Championship and in 2006 he won the MotoGP World Champion title. Currently riding for Team Ducati, Hayden will be sharing his thoughts about his future with MotoGP, his Ducati team, and what it’s like going from the dirt tracks of Kentucky to racing a factory MotoGP bike. There will be a short interview, answering questions submitted by fans on the D-Store San Francisco Facebook page, followed by an autograph session for guests. Festivities will begin at 4:00 pm Wednesday, July 25, 2012. Dainese is providing complimentary Nicky Hayden posters for all attendees. The will be a raffle before Nicky’s appearance benefitting Riders for Health; prizes include donations from photographers, Scott Jones and Andrew Wheeler, Grand stand seat for Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, and more.
