Gobert to complete American AMA Pro Road Racing season with Full Tuck Racing Australian Aaron Gobert will make a competitive return to AMA Pro Road Racing in the United States during the remaining rounds of the 2012 Daytona SportBike category with Full Tuck Racing. Gobert, who won the 2004 American Superstock Championship, will return to the US aboard a Yamaha YZF-R6 following a successful two-day test at Buttonwillow Raceway in California last week. “I’m excited to return to America with Full Tuck Racing in the remaining rounds this year,” Gobert commented. “I’ve been racing an R6 in Australian Supersport during the past couple of years and feel right at home on the Yamaha. “The team is a new one with a great vision to succeed in the sport, so I look forward to racing and doing my best in the Daytona SportBike class. The test last week was really promising, so I look forward to heading back for the race weekend at Laguna Seca.” Gobert’s debut with Full Tuck Racing will come at Laguna Seca during the US Grand Prix weekend on 27-29 July. During his career Gobert has claimed multiple victories in AMA Pro Road Racing across a variety of classes, and last year finished third in the Australian Supersport Championship. Full Tuck Racing is a new venture, with aspirations to become a true player in the competitive world of motorcycle safety, fashion and performance. Currently based in Burbank, California, Full Tuck Racing focuses not only on the development of motorcyle gear, but also on the future of the sport and riders through its efforts to promote family involvement at younger ages through such relationships as M1GP Mini Road Racing. Full Tuck Racing is very thankful to our sponsors, American Express, Graves Motorsports, Speedcell Battery and Let’s Ride Trackdays.
