Could have been the right weekend to lengthen the step, but BIMOTA RDD team who represents the Italian brand in the national championship MOTO2, leaves the Italian track with nothing in hands. An electronic issue left Robbin Harms out of the game. A heavy “zero points” that the rider is determined to make it up during the next rounds. It’s been a pity since the team put its best on this round and during practices things were going pretty well, with Harms able to hit the fifth time and keeping his best-time pace. Robbin Harms – Bimota HB4 #127 – “It’s been too bad. I feel sorry for my championship, for the team and the company that are working really hard to support me. The unexpected did happen. After I had a good start, the bike began to behave weird and at the fifth lap it just went off. At first I thought it was an engine matter, but then it did restart again. Then we found out it was an electrical fault. Now we have the time to work on it and move some steps forward. I hope to go back on saddle and to test some changes the team set for me”.
