FIM Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix Decision of the Grand Prix Commission The Grand Prix Commission, composed of Messrs. Carmelo Ezpeleta (Dorna, Chairman), Ignacio Verneda (FIM Executive Director, Sport), Herve Poncharal (IRTA) and Takanao Tsubouchi (MSMA) in the presence of Javier Alonso (Dorna) and Mike Trimby (Secretary of the meeting), during a telephone conference held on 08 March, decided to introduce the following modifications to the FIM Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix Regulations (Changes in bold): Immediate Application 1.15.1.2 Moto2 and Moto3 Classes “¦/”¦ 1.15.1.2 d) Contracted riders who are in their first season of participation in the World Championship may compete in other events held at Grand Prix circuits in Europe, or at events held at Grand Prix circuits in the country of the rider’s nationality, during that season.
