CMRA Kicks Off 2012 Season This Coming Weekend At MSR Houston

CMRA Racing At MSR Houston This Coming Weekend This coming weekend, February 17 – 19, 2012, the Central Motorcycle Roadracing Association (CMRA) kicks off its season opener at MSR Houston in Angleton, Texas. Located just outside of Houston, Texas, this Angleton event marks event number one (1) of the CMRA’s 2012 9-race season. The weekend schedule kicks off on Friday with the CMRA License School and all day racer practice. Saturday’s schedule includes a full slate of Mini sprint races, 2-hour Mini endurance, and a 4-hour Big Bike endurance race. Sunday’s schedule is jam-packed with a full day’s worth of exciting and competitive Big Bike sprint races. We’re looking forward to a big turnout with riders and teams coming from all over the country! Weekend entry into the event is $20 on Thursday and Friday, $15 on Saturday, and just $10 on Sunday. Tickets are good for the entire weekend. Ride your street bike to the event and you’ll pay just $5 for entry on both Saturday and Sunday! Kids 12 and under are free. A spectator lap of the track will be conducted during the lunch break on Sunday, schedule and weather permitting. Please note that no pets are allowed at any of the CMRA race events.
