M1 PowerSports Tours Big Kahuna Venues as Part of Pre-Season Preparation for the 2012 Big Kahuna Triple Crown DENVER, Colo. (February 7, 2012) – In preparation for the 2012 Big Kahuna Triple Crown, M1 PowerSports recently visited each of the three tracks where Big Kahuna events will be held to consult with series and track representatives, research local businesses and meet with members from local motorcycle clubs. As part of their mission to “Get People to the Track,” M1 PowerSports plans to use the knowledge gained on the trip to enhance the fan experience through expanded event pages on M1PowerSports.com detailing local businesses and to involve and embrace local motorcycle clubs through incentives, special offers and at-track experiences like special bike corral areas for participating clubs. “It is refreshing to see the motorcycle community support the Big Kahuna events this much,” said I-San Hung, President of M1 PowerSports. “The turnout for our meeting with the motorcycle clubs was great. M1 wants to give the clubs a destination at the Big Kahuna and will make them feel at home.” The whirlwind tour of the Southeastern United States included visits to the AMA Pro Road Racing headquarters in Daytona Beach, Fla., followed by a 330 mile drive south to Homestead-Miami Speedway, the site of the Big Kahuna Miami (September 21 – 23, 2012), and then a short flight to NOLA Motorsports Park, where the AMA Pro Road Racing series will conclude the 2012 season with the Big Kahuna New Orleans (October 5 – 7, 2012). M1 PowerSports then returned to Road Atlanta to finish their trip where the Big Kahuna began, where they met with the local motorcycle clubs and Historic Moto Grand Prix President Bill Brown.
