Moriwaki To Field Yamaguchi On Honda CBR1000RR In 2012 Japanese Superbike Championship

Moriwaki Racing, a division of Moriwaki Engineering in Suzuka, Japan, will field rider Tatsuya Yamaguchi on a 2012-model Honda CBR1000RR in the 2012 MFJ Superbike JSB1000 Championship in Japan, according to a press release issued by Moriwaki Racing. The project will be sponsored by TOHO Constructions Co., Ltd., which is based in Hiroshima, Japan, and the effort will be known as “TOHO Racing with MORIWAKI.” Yamaguichi, a two-time MFJ Superbike ST600 Champion (2010-2011), rode for Moriwaki Racing in 2007-2008 and 2010. Moriwaki plans to use their racing activity to develop racing parts for the newest CBR1000RR, according to the release.
