Ben Spies to Test 1000cc YZR-M1 at Valencia Yamaha Factory Racing rider Ben Spies will test the 2012 1000cc YZR-M1 tomorrow and Wednesday at the Ricardo Tormo circuit in Valencia. The 1000cc test is the first following the end of the 800cc Grand Prix era, marked by yesterday’s Valencia Grand Prix race. Team mate Jorge Lorenzo will not participate in the test as he continues to recover from his recent injury sustained in the Australian Grand Prix.
