(Minneapolis) Ducati Minneapolis (ducatiminneapolis.com) and Mark Miller Racing (MMR) partner up for the Central Roadracing Association’s (CRA, cra-mn.com) annual 5-Hour Endurance Race at Brainerd International Raceway Sunday, September 25th, 2011. Ducati Minneapolis and MMR co-sponsor the Mark Miller Racing effort. The team consists of longtime expert racers, Mark Miller and Karl Rehpohl, along with top CRA newcomer Jake Northrop. They will be campaigning a Ducati 900SS in the GP2 class. The combination of Ducati Minneapolis’ know-how and MMR’s determination and experience is considered one of the favorites for the GP 2 class in the grueling 5-hour race. The race is being held on BIR’s three-mile long Donneybrooke course. This course features a famous mile long front straight and wide open turn one. With $11,000 up for grabs, this event is sure to be highly contested. Mark Miller and Karl Rehpohl are historically consistent top finishers in the CRA ranks. Jake Northrop is one of the top finishing novices this season in both GP2 and GP3 classes. Ducati Minneapolis is a premier Ducati dealership located in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis. The Ducati Minneapolis staff has a long history of tuning championship CRA bikes.
