DJ Jackson, Director of Operations for NESBA, has accepted the resignation of Brian Blume as Director of Marketing and Promotions effective April 15, 2011. “Brian has put a lot of time and effort into this new role in the organization. NESBA is a fairly sizeable company run by volunteers. This role is often as demanding as our full time job,” said DJ Jackson, Director of Operation for NESBA. “Bob [Blandford, NESBA President & CEO] and I are thankful for his service and his key contributions with promotions and partner agreements.” Although Brian Blume resigned as Director of Marketing and Promotions, he will continue is volunteer status as a Control Rider (CR) in NESBA’s Mid-West region. Brian Blume had this to say “NESBA is a fantastic organization and I am proud that I had the opportunity to contribute. Unfortunately, the demands of my job have increased considerably over the past few months and I’m not able to devote the time that is needed to the Director of Marketing position. I would like to thank Bob and DJ for the opportunity to help the club and also for their significant contributions to NESBA.” The Marketing and Promotion vacancy with be addressed at a later date.
