AMA Teams Featured in Craftsman Mini-Series “THIS FRIDAY NIGHT” Erik Buell Racing’s team owner and industry icon Erik Buell and Superbike racer Geoff May, will star in the first of three shows produced by Craftsman Tools this Friday evening starting at 7:00pm (central). Craftsman Tools will host a new three-show motorcycle mini-series in April from their interactive live studio in Chicago. The shows will simultaneously live-stream from the Craftsman Experience website and Craftsman Experience Facebook page on Friday April 8th, 15th, and 29th starting at 7:00pm (CST). The Craftsman Experience is a one-of-a-kind venue that combines hands-on work stations, a live social media studio, and highly developed project demonstrations. First show April 8th, “American Craftsman”, will feature the iconic Erik Buell and his new state-of-the-art EBR 1190RS premier sport bike with racer Geoff May providing his perspective on riding the new 1190RS. Other historic Erik Buell engineered machines dating back to the 80’s that show his legendary history of innovation will also be on hand at the Craftsman Experience. Second show April 15th, “Daytona Life”, will feature Vesrah Suzuki Racing’s Mark Junge who will bring his 8-Time National Endurance Championship race team to demonstrate a typical Daytona 200 pit stop and take a look at the special components and tools that make Vesrah Suzuki one of the toughest teams in North America. Vesrah Suzuki’s Cory West finished 3rd in the 2011 Daytona 200 by Arai. Third show April 29th, “The Engine Room”, will feature AMA Pro paddock fixtures Ammar Bazzaz (Bazzaz Performance) and Tim Calhoun (LeoVince Exhaust) who will explain the new world of Engine Management Systems, Bolt-on Power, and look at the most efficient ways to create more power in your motorcycle. They will also explore the new proposed laws that may restrict motorcycle noise decibel levels, and what you can do to modify your exhaust to meet the proposed requirements. The Craftsman Experience is located at 233 W. Huron, in Downtown Chicago’s Art District (Huron & Franklin).
