2011 is a landmark of World Championship Grand Prix racing for Yamaha and we would like to extend our sincere thanks to all of the fans that have followed us through the last half a century. We want to celebrate this magic moment with you and therefore we are curious to learn more about your favorite Yamaha memories, dating from the 1960s or simply last year’s racing; it’s up to you. Feel free to jot down and share your most exciting stories, anecdotes or experiences with us throughout this commemorative season. After a short period of approval the texts (and photos if applicable) will then be published online at yamaha-racing.com where others will be able to read, enjoy and rate your efforts. The six best memoirs submitted before March 31st will be chosen to appear in unique Yamaha Racing publications and the authors will receive a special gift.
