Please join us April 1st as we usher in the Spring at VIRginia International Raceway’s Open House – featuring our Ronald McDonald House Charities® benefit. This is the public’s opportunity to take their vehicles onto the historic VIR track while helping others at the same time. You may have attended races at VIR in the past, but this is your chance to examine the many other aspects of VIR that make it truly unique. Admission for the Open House event is free. There will be food tastings and beverages, morning and afternoon skeet shooting exhibitions, trolley rides to points of interest, free laps on the VIR Kart Track, Baja 400HS vehicles on the Off-Road Courses, raffle prizes and much more. You can examine our handsome Villas, Oak Tree Spa, Pit Lane Suites, The Lodge, and the beautifully restored 1840s Plantation House – featuring the Oak Tree Tavern restaurant and Connie’s Pub. TMI will provide hot lap sessions in an Aerial Atom for $10 per session with all proceeds going to RMHC. Don’t miss this great opportunity to bring the entire family for a fun-filled day of exploring the wonderful facilities at VIR. The Benefit Laps will be held on Friday, April 1st from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the last group taking the track at 3:30 PM that day. The cost is $25 per 20 minute session.
