Kawasaki is returning to AMA Pro Superbike at Daytona as part of Cycle World magazine project involving Attack Performance and Eric Bostrom, and an official announcement is imminent. Bostrom may run the #10 on his Superbike. Bostrom will be joined on the Cycle World Attack Performance team by J.D. Beach, who will compete in the Daytona SportBike class. Both Bostrom and Beach will run in the 2011 Daytona 200, which features the SportBike class. Stay tuned. Under the guidance of crew chief Richard Stanboli and with the support of Phil Baker of BCS Management, this newly created roadracing team will compete at the opening round of the 2011 AMA Pro Road Racing season March 10-12 at the “World Center of Racing,” Daytona International Speedway, in both the American SuperBike and Daytona SportBike classes. Four-time AMA national champion Eric Bostrom will anchor the team aboard the all-new 2011 Kawasaki ZX-10R in American SuperBike. Bostrom will also compete in the Daytona 200 on a Kawasaki ZX-6R, which, for two years running, has won Best Middleweight honors in Cycle World’s prestigious Ten Best balloting.
