Cypress, California – September 20, 2010 – Yamaha Motor Corporation and its satellite race team partner, Graves Motorsports, are very pleased to announce the signing of current AMA American Superbike points leader Josh “Hurricane” Hayes to remain with the team to compete for the 2011 and 2012 racing seasons. Hayes currently leads the AMA American Superbike series by 22 points with just one round remaining and has had an excellent season with a total of 7 wins and multiple bonus point awards for pole position and laps lead aboard his cross plane crankshaft equipped and Graves Motorsports prepared Yamaha R1 Superbike. “Josh has proven to be a tremendous asset to the team and his success is proven in the current point standings,” said Graves Motorsports Team owner Chuck Graves.
