In his own words, Cory West went “From Hero To Zero” at VIR. Leading a race is the first step to winning one, as long as you can keep the bike upright to the checkered flag. West made progress at VIR, but fell a little short on the second part of that equation. With a little luck he’ll win an AMA Pro race sooner or later.
