Melissa Paris joins forces with Kyle Wyman for the upcoming WERA Cycle Jam event at the VIRginia International Raceway in Danville, Va. Melissa and Kyle will be competing in the 4-hour Round 6 Bridgestone/WERA National Endurance series race Friday on Melissa’s RM Racing-tuned Yamaha YZF-R6. Kyle and Melissa both wanted to do the Endurance race and the opportunity came up to have the two of them team up for this event. “I’m really excited to get out there with Melissa on her bike and see what we can do,” states Wyman. “I have had quite a few weeks off from riding, so I want to thank Melissa for allowing me to partner up with her for the race.” Melissa Paris is currently racing under her own canopy for MPH Racing and competing in the AMA Pro Daytona Sportbike class. Unfortunately her season has hit a few rough patches due to injuries and she is hoping to get some valuable seat time on the bike this weekend at the Wera Cycle Jam event. “I’ve been working really hard to get strong after this last surgery. My body is finally starting to come back online and I look forward to getting some seat time with my friends at WERA and finishing up my season strong. I also want to thank Scharpf Racing and Barbara Conner Jewelry for helping support an extra event for me.” Also recovering from recent surgery, Kyle Wyman is currently pulling double duty in both the Daytona Sportbike class riding a Yamaha YZF-R6 and also competing in the newly formed AMA Pro Vance & Hines XR1200 Series. Kyle is currently 29th in points after only competing in two Daytona Sportbike rounds and is 4th in the Vance & Hines XR1200 series. Both Melissa Paris and Kyle Wyman are open for additional sponsorship opportunities for the remaining 3 rounds of the AMA Pro Road Racing season. Melissa would like to thank 2010 sponsors: Yamaha, GYTR, Joe Rocket, Leo Vince, RM Racing, Barbara Conner Jewelry, Millennium Technologies, Vesrah, Factory Bodyworks, Zero Gravity, Motion Pro, Spiegler, Royal Purple, XT Racing, Dynojet, Concept 5
