This sponsorship deal is an effort to promote the tourist industry in which racing is very much a part of in the travels required by all teams. The Roadkill Cafe and its moniker “You kill it, We grill it” offers a unique dining experience with menu items of the likes of Deer Delectables, Bad Brake Steak, Fender Tenders along with the classics Swirl of Squirrel, Highway Hash and the Splatter Platter. The Bike is an F1 built in New Zealand by Spyke Taylor and powered by a Yamaha YZF-R1 fuel-injected 1000cc engine. Bakken has been sidecar racing since 1992 as a builder and passenger and is the current Vice President of the SRA-West (Sidecar Racers Association West Inc).
