FIRST PERSON/OPINION: Via e-mail: Aussie Dave Racing would like to publicly thank DMG/AMA for their continuous effort to improve the current state of professional racing in this country. It is well know that the reduced prize purse for the 2010 season was a major concern for many competitors, the new management at DMG has worked hard to give us a good prize purse for the first round. DMG is working closely with the riders and teams and listening to the concerns of everyone involved, something that we have not had in the AMA for quite some time. Building the championship back to the level which AMA Superbike racing has previously been renowned for is going to be a grueling task. We here at Aussie Dave Racing would like to encourage all the riders out there to dust off the leather and get yourself entered for Daytona, the more riders we have on the grid the better it will be for everyone. DMG has answered our concerns regarding the prize purse so let’s try and fill the grids and hopefully we will have a good prize purse for the remainder of the season. As a way to encourage riders to get themselves to Daytona we are offering affordable transport to Daytona, if you are anywhere between Southern California and Daytona we will certainly be able to help transport your bikes and equipment. We also have an exciting rider announcement regarding our entry in the Sportbike Daytona 200; as soon as everything is finalized we will let you all know who that rider is going to be. Please contact us at (951) 473-5341 for transport inquires. David “Aussie Dave” Anthony Murrieta, California
