National Sales Manager for IMR, Paul Gates, was equally pleased with the continued sponsorship of the ASBK. “We indentify that our consumers enjoy riding and racing and it’s been a terrific relationship that we look forward to growing,” Gates said. “Being associated as a leading sponsor of the ASBK is important as we believe in supporting Australians and the domestic scene.” Looking forward to the beginning of the 2010 Championship, Konsky is positive that the ASBK will continue to grow. “I can’t wait for round one next year,” Konsky said. “2009 was an amazing adventure that kicked off at the World Superbikes at Philip Island, and from that weekend forth riders set new lap records during some incredible battles Australia wide. “2010 promises to provide great racing, exciting new rivalries, and with three new European manufactures supporting factory teams at the highest level and you can bet the Japanese teams will be going all out to remain victorious against their international counterparts.” For information on Insure My Ride go to www.insuremyride.com.au For information regarding the Australian Superbike Championship go to: www.asbk.com.au
