The On The Throttle (OTT) video website is temporarily down while its server is being upgraded, according to OTT boss Dave Williams. “We outgrew our server and our ISP began ‘throttling back’ our bandwidth'” Williams advised Roadracingworld.com in an e-mail. “We’re upgrading to a ‘high CPU server.’ Consequently our site is down! “We put man on the moon in 1969 with a slide rule, and 40 years later, when a digital tire gauge has more computing power than the entire 1969 space program, the tech guys can’t keep my website live while they migrate it to a larger server! “All the videos will work when the migration is done, which I hope will be some time Friday. The tech guys told me this would not happen or I would have done it over the weekend. Should have done it over the weekend anyway just in case.” OTT hosts the majority of the videos posted on roadracingworld.com. We regret the inconvenience.
