After a small mistake yesterday during the Superpole, that sent them back into sixth place on the starting grid, the Yamaha France GMT 94 sent a reminder to their competitors by signing the fastest lap of the warm up this morning. In fourth place after the qualifications, Yamaha France GMT 94 remains a serious contender for victory, as well as the four other fastest teams this morning, Yamaha Austria Racing Team, Suzuki Endurance Racing Team, the Honda Michelin Power Research Team and the GSR Kawasaki. BK Maco Moto Racing took sixth place ahead of Team Amadeus X-One, the Kawasaki Bolliger Team Switzerland always in ambush, and the Team 18 Sapeurs Pompiers, who seems to have solved his brake callipers problems. In the box of the Honda National Moto, it seems to have a bit of a concern about the longevity of the Pirelli race tyres. They will know more after the first relay this afternoon. In the Superstock class, the Qatar Endurance Racing Team wanted to prove that we’ll will be competitive with their Suzuki. The QERT was fastest on track this morning, ahead of Kawasaki Maccio Racing and the Suzuki Junior Team LMS, two other contenders for class victory. The warm up was the latest opportunity to solve some problems and work on the final set-up. Delayed yesterday by some engine problems and an unbalanced frame, AM Moto Racing Competition had to get another Suzuki yesterday during the qualifications and finalized the set-up this morning. Same for Honda RMT 21 Racing Germany, who seems to have solved their engine problems and are back on track in good shape. The race will start today at 3 pm.
