The California-based road-racing organization, AFM (American Federation of Motorcyclists) is pleased to announce that all reciprocity licensing fees will be waived for the remainder of 2009. We would like to invite racers from other organizations to join us for our last two rounds at Infineon Raceway August 8/9 and September 19/20.
